Thanks for joining me! Firstly I’d like to say thank you for taking the time to checkout my blog. This is my first blog and first post, so bare with me.
I decided I wanted to share my stories and experiences with you all about how I manage being a father, while keeping fit and healthy and working a full time job.
My name is Kallum, I’m 28 years old and live in Cumbria, I have a wife, chloe, and a little boy Harry.
So as the title says, a little bit about me. I work full time, have done since I left school at 17, Iv been married for 2 years and Harry has been with us for 9 months.
Iv always loved Fitness and keeping fit and healthy has always been a big part of my life since I was very young. My family have always been very active and from a young age I was always involved in outdoor activities, and this is something I was to continue with my own family, and I’m keen to pass on my experiences to Harry as he grows up.
So why start a blog? When Harry was born in October 2017 I found it very very easy to slip out of eating well and training, I quickly realised this and got back to what I knew best.
I thought to myself, there’s bound to be other people out there who have been or are going to be in the same boat as me. So why not share my experiences from when Harry was just born, and right up to the current day, of how I deal with being a father, staying fit, eating well, and having a balanced family life.
I plan on posting a Vlog once a week and posting on my blog a little more regular.
